Comments: This guy likes to say stuff like "this team needs more black people". He has said it before but I didn't bother reporting. You will see in the chat log that he admits to having said it before. He says it's "not racial". I think he is essentially testing the policy against racial comments. He thinks he is being clever.

To me that is borderline racist, seems like testing the filter to me... and looking back a few days he goes close to the line a few times. Some of those times with Mex, who knows not to feed the troll or let it get to him.
