Evidence: Member was in Spectate Mode, however, he was also invisible, running around in the map shooting people, he was the only person invisible and he was in both spectate mode and playing. A number of other players are seriously upset with his behavior.

He even admits as much--after reading the chatlogs, a few players seem to be aware of him doing this on other servers.

I don't think so just based solely on IP addresses of the aliases in question. BendOver4Obama has Canadian and Seychelles IP's and Panemeon IP's are in the US. Could be spoofed, but not likely.

Anyways, adding a ban based on what I see in his information.
