Offense committed: attacking base (breaking rule #3; when typing "!rules" states to not attack base/uncap), being borderline racist by using a racial stereotype as a reply when told not to attack base

his Battlelog status text that gets uploaded to BF4DB states "I am the first contact with the enemy in the battlefield, I am the most aggressive player in the game, you will be dead before you even hear me coming."
(ya because he attacks the base)
Comments I saw him do it in the previous map (Caspian Border) to others.
