Offense committed: this guy has been banned from a few servers for cheating and not explaining why he doesnt have a ping (i know is a mask be he gets angry if you ask)

Cannot check him at PB Bans currently, but I see nothing in his stats that indicates a cheat. Let a few others chime in a little later in case i missed something.
 
Clean on PBBans, had been reported on BF4DB, but was closed for no proof of cheating. I would say it is skill.
 
Don't go just by alias, the real troyehhh is a former bf3 comp player. There are some mad nerds out there that try to ruin peoples names by copying them. The hacker that went around as "ELEVATE-Ruiner" comes to mind.

EDIT: This is who I was referring to http://bf4db.com/players/11405418. Has a long history of name copying and trying to pass himself off as a professional player.
