Evidence: chat log, he said "dait wher is ICE i foudn the mexican"

Comments I killed him then he typed that, he was implying he found me and I should be reported to ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement)

he's said similar unnecessary things to me other days too but it's getting old

I understand where you coming from Mex and not that its warrented but with ur name u chose you gotta know shit like that is gonna come up. they see it and think its ok to make the comments. im not defending what he said but if u don't like it the name is what brought it on. just like me being a country boy I could dislike being told to "go back to the FFA (future farmers of American) meeting" or someone with a name showing they African American heritage being told to "complain to the naacp or rev Jackson" the name is what brought on his comments its the ignorant fucks that just throw the terms around that need to be gone. sorry but im not on the boat with this ban.

totally agree with what @BlitZ003 has to say about this. couldn't have said it better myself.

Not all together racist, but disrespectful. Stereotyping at its best. Sure you might take offence to chat like this, My name is Cpt_Snakebabies...AKA, cpt snake faggot, cpt snake fucker etc...etc...Our names aren't who we are, they are handles to the soldiers we play. If we as people/gamers let all the name calling get to us, we would ban 50% of people in our servers. We have a racial filter for a reason, it bans hatred and racially ignorant players. The report is a good one, means we know this guy is borderlining racism and stereotyping/profiling and deserves some intervention.

Again, our names open us up to insults if we are playing better than other gamers. I am going to lift this in the morning. Maybe a night off will do him some good, and he will learn his chat is not tolerated in our servers. Whether we see him in our servers ever again, I could care less as long as he abides by our rules...Respecting admins, and ALL other players is one of those rules.

ya @BlitZ003 I've heard you say some stuff about yourself in a joking manner but out of respect for you I don't go there with you. I'm sure you wouldn't care if I did, but I do care, so I don't.

I see what you're saying @Snakebabies this was more than just name-calling and it has occurred more than this incident but like you said, it's nice that it's on record now. I should have kept dates, times, and what he said the other times to include in this report but I was hoping he'd stop since I don't say things back to him when he says it.

He's been in the server many times so I doubt he's going to flat-out say a racial slur since he knows what happens. I feel people trying to make me feel bad for having MEX in my name or trying to make me feel bad for being Mexican should say their going to stop to get back in the server. I don't even care if he apologizes or not, just that he stops.

I've had disagreements and killed other people various times and they didn't mention anything about ICE or for me to go back to Mexico. Disagreements, getting killed, trash talk, all that happens but like you said he's border-lining it and I would prefer for him to have to say he'll stop it to get back in the server but your call HA! We are not trying to make you feel bad about your name, or your heritage. That is not what we are trying to get across. Sure it would have been handy to have dates/times so we can check logs(which is why I keep a "handy dandy notebook" on my desk). We have been getting quite a few "disrespect/racial/stereotype" chat issues as of late. Where our filter is designed to pick off the most famous ones( as you know), it isn't designed to ban everyone for any POSSIBLE slurs/acronyms. What we are trying to get across is, take shit with a grain of salt, or hide chat. If you dont have a salt shaker built in to your headset/speakers, get a "handy dandy notebook" and stage it with a pen/pencil/marker so you can jot disresepctful players down, and then when you report players because you are out of "salt", you provide us with the dates/times/names and we dig up the evidence to get rid of these guys.......
