Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
Evidence: Don't have capture software, jumped on spectate and watched him have precognition (ESP, clearly knew where people were without seeing them), plus shooting through walls and trees on Zavod 311 with a .44, sniping from across the map with an LMG and an assault rifle.
Should definitely keep an eye on him.
