How do you explain the jumpy behavior? He pans away to a random spot and it ships back like it's automated. Then when he's on the sniper he misses then it jumps to his forehead.

Well, a Head Admin has yet to rule on this 'officially' and keep in mind, our methods and criteria for determining hacks, is generally not discussed in public threads, as to avoid coaching the hackers themselves.

If you see me in Teamspeak, hit me up as to my reasons in your particular example.
I personally, prefer watching video of the accused, just like you submitted, and we thank you for that.
