Evidence: Noevidence...This player was shooting the US players from the base. I died once, in the end of the round and told him it was not allowed. He gave no feedback

No rule against shooting from ones own uncap. Shooting into the enemy uncap as player spawns or taking out assets to pin them is prohibited unless they spawn and sit back sniping out which makes them fair game.

Meaning if he is shooting from his main base which is allowed you can shoot back into his main killing only him

Sounds like he was saying that he was shooting the uncapped from his uncapped, which wouldn't be allowed

SA server but I don't know of a map where you can blatantly shoot from one uncap to the other. At least one player would have to be in the field of battle.
