Offense committed: Multiple intentional teamkills, spawnkilling his own team, and damaging all friendly vehicles leaving spawn attempting to goad teamkills against him

Comments During the time of the offenses, over the course of at least two rounds (Dragon Pass and Silk Road), JournyBalboa would spend the entire round in spawn and was involved in large number of teamkills both by and against. The name and tag [TFH] Shia_Labeouff, a member of the platoon I am apart of, was one such goaded into action against him before we could talk him out of it.
Any and all action against this player up to and including banning his account form this and/or other servers run by TBG would be much appreciated to prevent further such incidents. Thanks in advance.
