Evidence: Many complaints from players, RickJames5 is level 7 and pulling off heashots consistantly, there has not been a time where i have interacted with the player and not been death by head shot.
This is my first time reporting any players on BF4 but Rickjames5 headshot ability was just way to consistant to be realistic i would suggest checking logs.
