Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.

Evidence:

Comments Has been warned in the past to stop making "hackusations". Guy can't seem to play a single game without reporting someone or calling someone a hacker. The guy is trouble.
 
Additional evidence can be found today around 3:20pm Central Time, chat logs, same server.

he camps the hell out of e in the bar area. someone go there and shoot his camping ass.
