Evidence: only wierd kills, i am not sure, but klan you Lock heatseekers from choppers to hit tanks, then he cheats lije shit, and he flyes into enemy base to take chopper, and no my pc, is i am afraid, to old to record while playing

Comments he did have some strange kills
 
we will investigate this, but have you tried getting screenshots?
 
He did reply to you in-game that he was using guided missiles. those lock on.
 
i know he replied that, but killscreen said heatseeker, and that was what he shot all with (heat)
 
he was pilot, and only person in chopper, and he shot me 3 times with heatseeker
 
Probably was solo gunning. Switcheddar to gunner seat to fire guided or TV and then switched back to pilot seat. When the missile hit it registered his pilot weapon... not gunner weapon. Welcome to bf4 coding.
 
he was flying scout heli, i dont think you can shoot anything but smaw from that. and to switch and hit from distance while flying, he must be the most lucky person i seen, or use aimbot
