also is there a way to spectate people in game so i can capture video....i don't see an option for it.

You have to join as a spectator, is the only way i know how.

We only have limited spectator slots, for members.

if this is for gunmaster it is open to everyone and should let you join. Lockers server is not. Please post a screenshot of the message.
