Offense committed: Walling and aimbotting

Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
Evidence: I know his stats don't show it but everyone in the server can see it....he is shooting people across the map and most of his kills are head shots
Would be great if we could demo them but as i have tried and failed we can not spectate in this server.
