Comments I run into a player, as I look at player he shows up with a blue name tag, so I don't open fire at him. so i turned around and he opens fire on me and kills me

I've checked his history and stats. He appears to be clean. The scenario you are mentioning is a bug that occurs once in a while. It has been in the game since launch and there is nothing that can be done to make it happen or to make it stop. It just comes and goes.
