Comments these videos show him ramming ground troops several times with no appology
 
O.k. how many times must I explain this. I was trying to swoop down and jet roadkill him not jet ram him. I accidentally hit some debri and it crashed. I never meant for that to happen and you ban me JUST for THAT ONE THING.
 
But also, what do you have against me?

You said some time ago you kicked multiple times. for what? I was only kicked on the server to make room for VIPs.
 
The second video shows my gameply, but not one intentional ram, and at the end the heli got in the way and I hit it but never rammed the player and you cut out the part where I apologiezed even though it wasn't technically considered ram. All the second video shows was me flying a jet, flying low to avoid enemy jets, and the other shows me accidentally crashing into a player as previously stated.
 
Jets hitting an unmanned heli don't count btw, the guy wasn't in the helicopter.
 
I ran the guy over with the jet and tried to attempt to avoid the heli but failed. no one was in that helicopter when I hit it.
 
Also in the ending of one of those videos you said "Watch him cry". What is me going onto the forums and posting a ban appeal and trying to fix a misunderstanding childish to you? Listen please do respect others, I came here to appeal not whine over it and that's what I've done. I've gone through pointing out all types of proof of innocents in this and I can do that if I please on here, nothing wrong with that.
 
I didn't have the original ram that you confessed and so called apologized for with a LOL because I was playing on the server at the time. I only stopped playing due to the fact one of my team mates was rammed by the other team.I began spectating the game trying to catch the person on the other team , but they were only interested in flying and creating a spawn point after a few dogfights with you. That is when I noticed and recorded you slamming your jet into C and killing guys on the ground with no appology. Then a little bit later you rammed a group of men on top of the hill at D. Shortly there after you dove your jet into men at E and that was when I banned you. You are self confessed as to deliberately ramming into those men on the ground. If you are lucky enough for the head/senior ban admin to lift your ban, you had better change the way you play on TBG servers. You show a total lack of responsibility for your actions and are too cavalier with your play. In short, you got caught and don't like it.

PS You may be the first ,but not going to be the last on the Final Stand server to be banned. Every one of you quote/unquote people that think you will not get caught are in for a hard time sooner or later
 
O.K. look I know the difference between wrong and right, I was like I said trying to do the jet roadkill thing. I was never trying to actually ram anyone, if I did I would have bailed but I didn't due to me wishing to actually make something great that makes me feel like I could make something out of this. I tried hard to make jet roadkills a thing and I am sorry I accidentally killed some of them but I didn't know I killed them, it never showed in my feed and if it did I would have apologiesed for it. Also the one where I crashed into the transport heli, I admit I wasn't thinking on that one and was more focused on practicing this new type of roadkill to me. I thought I could dodge the heli but didn't but no one was in the helicopter and since the guy I killed was on the ground and was not by me ramming into him I didn't think much of it. Me heading to Echo and crashing there was because once before I ran over a guy at that spot with the jet and lived and triedto see if that could be re done. I never meant to ram nor did I want to ram him, it was suppost to be a roadkill. also at Delta, the hills are easier but tricky sometimes. I crashed some there trying to get some roadkills but unfortunately I was unable and crashed. also at Charlie, I saw in the video what you were talking about and that wasn't roadkill nor ram, an enemy jet was following me with active radar so I was flying low to prevent them from locking on and hoping to out maneuver him and catch him by surprise but hit the sattilite at Charlie. I never meant to ram anyone and it was all was not meant. and the people I killed on the ground that I didn't know about I would have apologiezed if I knew but never did find out about it till now. So to them I do apologize, but I do wish they had said something. Also I don't want anyone on here mad at me over things even though I know there will always be people who may distaste my particular character but I want to play and sometimes vent on this game.

Also by jet roadkill I mean running over someone with the jet and not crashing, not ramming into them killing both me, the jet, and the enemy. Just incase some don't understand my meaning.
