63 linked ip addresses and 133 linked guids. Will be impossible to nail him on the pbban that shows up.
 
What linked banned account? There is a COD4 ban out of the 133 linked accounts. his name has not been Gheeeeeee in quite a while. His name is TributeToYiippy. Please post the battle report.

https://gyazo.com/4450aae6c5ddc919a944892e1c0a4e68 this shows the IP link/share that happenned on 7-06-2014 The IP for Gheeeeee logs in, then logs out onto GUID 5370d, within 30 seconds time. This history also shows Gheeeeee (6 Es) and Gheeeeeeeeeeeee (13 Es) being the same. You mention Gheeeeeee (7 Es) being TributeToYiippy, which is a different account, which MAYBE the same person due to a previous alias mentioning Jesus and others with flying in the name. I know IPs are dynamic and they change day to day or every few days depending on the blocks of IPs the ISP has to roll through all their customers. The screenshot shows the same IP was static for at least 5 days for Gheeeeeee and theswagiestdope(GUID 53701d) for multiple logins on both accounts during that period, showing it originated from the same person.

With all that being shown, the conclusion is that it is the same person on both accounts due to the IP share within 30 seconds of each other, not days or weeks apart where another user could have possibly been issued the same IP.

I'm presenting what I see in login comparisons and drawing a conclusion. Using two different sources allows one to dig a bit deeper into IP history and login comparison.
