Evidence: Unfortunately, I have no direct evidence. However, the player was using a sniper rifle and was killing multiple players in a row with headshots in a very short amount of time (e.g., less than 3-4 seconds).
247FairPlay.com indicates that Fobby16 has a an SPM of 2015, a skill of 694, and extremely high accuracy with sniper rifles.
