I was spectating this player and watched him attack the UNCAP. I warned him not to attack the UNCAP to which he replied that he would not. Didn't attack after the warning for as long as I was spectating him (2 maps). I also recorded my time spectating him. Our policy before banning a player is to warn, kill, kick.
