Offense committed: Using Final Stand weapon (Rorsch railgun) on Naval Strike map and levitation hack

Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
Evidence: Rorsch use @ 4:22 :
Levitation use (and Rorsch clearly visible) @ 0:50:
Comments: I have those videos trimmed and youtube editing tools are running to edit them so if the links don't work, delete the start time off the end (start points for hacks are listed in the title).
Also; Valar, CombatRescue, Skistar, etc all witnessed multiple times as well and confirm the guy was turning the hacks on and off over a few rounds.
