Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.

Evidence: I've noticed for a few rounds this player has had over 100% accuracy with quite a high K/D ratio. I'll include the battlelogs in comments as evidence.

There's a battlelog linked that shows this guy was using a MBT and fired a few shots with infantry weapons. If I am not mistaken, every shot fired would have to hit to gain such a high accuracy percentage. I know using shotguns and explosives will rate a higher accuracy due to the splash, but going back to back with a high accuracy like this just seems fishy. Especially if the player has a few kills while running as infantry. Any shots missed as infantry would bring that percentage way down depending on the number of shots fired.
