These accounts all belong to the same player who discreetly uses hacks. This is supported by anecdotal observation that only one of the usernames mentioned above will connect to the server at any one point in time; that is, there was not a witnessed instance where more than one usernames were on at the same time.
The usernames are all tied to one particular geographic area. The player rotates accounts carefully as to not draw too much attention to his cheating habits. In virtually all accounts, the top weapons used (sorted by time spent) is the AEK-971, underslung launcher, M240B, M98B, AUG, and USAS-12. That is a little too much coincidence in the weapon selections for the accounts to be played for more than one individual.
