Offense committed Ceiling Glitching

Any additional comments? Was playing today and upon entering server, noticed there was a vote in progress. Didn't know what or who it was for. Anyway, squad mate said that someone on our team was glitching over by red stair so I started recording at that point. The first video is what I believe the opposing team trying to ceiling glitch by C . KOFF-Mikail and D0 COntr4. I assume to get into ceiling to kill Thaddeus2001. Side note in that video,. some turd was using Mortar inside. Unfortunately, I didn't pick up who it was. Second video shows Thaddeus2001 in ceiling.

Just following up on this. I take it you are OK with ceiling glitchers? Just want to know either way because I have video of someone else but don't want to waste anyone's' time if its allowed.
