Offense committed Cheating. Roadkilling with heli from spawn and behind buildings.

Any additional comments? Admin that was present (Alteredacer) denied him cheating. When asked to observe, he said he (Alteredacer) had been observing. 5-6 other players in chat saying the same thing about getting roadkilled in buildings and when TheShepherd686 was in the spawn. Admin (Alteredacer) said he had been watching TheShepherd686 for an hour, nothing to see, and that we were all "salty little boys" and that we were "only good on ps3". When asked to monitor or do his job, admin refused and killed us twice for "disrespect". (I unfortunately wasn't able to capture this.) I expect more from these servers. In the past, I've never had an issue going to an admin. First video is the dude killing us and some of the chat. Then some screenshots of the chat.
 
Small update. Went back. Admin and rest of server says the dude got banned. Asked the admin if the dude was hacking. He again was rude, said he was there to "play a game and not to take abuse from us". After I said, "aren't you an admin though?" to which he then kicked me. Highly unprofessional and not capable of taking care of the server. Saying you don't want to spectate a cheater that 10 players are telling you about, then stating blatantly that you don't want to do your job is sad.
 
As I told you in game chat and you kept calling me names, we have to have statistical proof to ban someone, not 10 random guys that I don't know/never seen in the server crying hacks. If we banned someone everytime players called hacks there would be no one in the server. I watched the guy for 20 minutes, and newsflash when they running a multihack they can see you spectating him, I finally concluded he was more than god like with an iron sight AWS and banned him.

It was a different guy that I was watching on silk road with a similar name.

Your personal attacks on me and telling me to do my job, were not helping the situation, and I tried to get you to listen you were admin killed and kicked when you refused to chill out.

Your lack of communication is what's upsetting.
Asking you to watch/ban/kick a player shouldn't lead to you saying things about people's KD or about how we were "crybabies" and "salty boys who were only good on ps3" or how "it's a waste of time (0:44)" (Which you did not include in this log).

All of my comments were made after those attacks, and the first "do your job (1:04)" wasn't even from me...

At no point in the chat did you state that this player could see you spectating him until after he was banned.
When I asked you to explain it, you said there's "nothing to see" and that it was "lag/ping/netcode (1:37)"...

Your other comments "Bye Felicia" / "you're a guest, grow up" / "I'm here to play a game, I don't get paid to sit here and take abuse from you all" are also not very professional...

As an admin, is it not a responsibility to check out suspicious players?

I'd like another set of eyes to review your conduct as well.
This is very unprofessional, and I honestly expected more from a server that has always had my back for the past 3-3.5 years.

No one is denying that the chat log is only from me, however, it omits multiple messages from you that highlight unprofessional behavior towards me and several other players.

Will you post the complete chat log then please?

I would also appreciate getting another admin to take a look into this, considering the conflict of interest.
 
Here. I will spell it out plain and simple. Alter was doing his job. He was just trying to play the game when a few people like yourself starting jumping on him that he was not taking action right away. You were not helping the situation at all. We ban on evidence. Period. Not hearsay from a few guests. He did the right thing by spectating and making a judgement call from there.

As for the "Banter," it is a mature game. Get over it. So you can dish it out call an admin names and all sorts of other insults yet not take it when he gives it back? Hmm....Something does not seem right there huh?


Our guests seem to forget that we are just regular people trying to play a game we love very much. Not one person here gets paid to be a member. Not one. So everything here is voluntary.
