Hi There,

The ping limiter is working as intended. t does not hard kick someone when it reaches a certain point. It calculates how long someone has a high ping than kickes them when it is too long. Also we disable the ping limiter at certain hours (typically in the wee hours in the US) so people from other countries can play.

Also great! This is the only time your server is full so I can play on it and this guy just comes in and wrecks everyone because he is a try hard and I just want to play the game casually. What is that crap?
 
Pretty simple. We make sure we can allow everyone to play. Including those in other countres.
