This appears to be the first complaint against this player, and given the scarcity of their game play (played on the 27 of Feb, the 2nd of March, and the 11th of March) our normal temp time out won't serve much by way of correcting the problem, and a permanent ban seems a little harsh given the type of offense and the number of times reported for it (first offense reported).

I don't think action is warranted at this time, however this report is archived and can/will be referenced for future complaints against this player.
