Offense committed Shooting into uncap multiple times despite knowing the rules

Please provide evidence can be anything from circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.

Any additional comments? Sorry for the choppy video. I must've changed some setting to make it like this. But here you can see him shoot into the uncap at least once. I wasn't able to record the other multiple instances of him shooting my teammates. Honestly his entire clan just constantly does this despite playing on the server and knowing the rules.

Nothing to go on here. You need to record the full spawn in and getting attacked if you want to report this type of rule violation so we can confirm you haven't shot out or returned to spawn.
