I don't know if you still have access to server chat logs, but he more or less admits to it in the logs. Claims he is doing it because the teams "aren't balanced"

Here's a handful of reports and there are chat logs of him being toxic or at the least very aggressive towards others Id say the dude is doing what Seg is claiming just based off these reports
