Offense committed cheating, instant head shot across map with a gun and its not supposed to do that, others complaining about it too.
He is on a mountain across the map with a gun and 1 taped me just when I spawned and others were complaining about it in the chat too but I left the game and didn't think to screenshot the chat. he also has like 100 kills.
