The screenshot doesnt tell me much, I cant tell if your team has a flag or not. If your team has no flag, that's pretty hard rule to enforce considering they have no other flags to cap.

If that's the case then I would strongly use !surrender command but sadly I cant see any confirmation of what's going on in the chat logs except for cussing at each other and screenshot isnt sufficient.
