The clip below shows this player 1-shot killing with AS-VAL at 00:12. It is particularly telling when playing the clip at 0.25x speed:

This player scored 70 kills and 4 deaths in the round associated with the clip. Weapons in deathcam display associated attachments; in this instance, jozza000 had 6x rifle scope. However, the clip above did not indicate any of such information. I'm unsure if it's just a bug specific to this instance or an indication of using a modification.

Clip #2 below reveals another high possibility of using damage mods. sym.gg indicates that the AS-VAL does a maximum of 20 damage and a minimum of 18.4 damage per shot. Yet, in the clip below, it shows that my health decreased from 100% to 8% then to 0% at 00:12, indicating that I was killed by two AS-VAL bullets. This is not possible without the use of damage mods:
