Additional comments Preface: I do not understand Spanish fluently, so any additional help in translating these clips and/or giving them context is appreciated.
Clip #1:
Clip #2:
Clip #3:
Clip #1 is to associate the player's voice to the player. Here we see NEONNNNNNGENESIS saying something similar to "nice" when his squadmates spawns, eliminates the player who killed them, and gets a revive. As this seems an appropriate response to such an event, there is now a clear association between the player's voice to NEONNNNNNGENESIS.
In clip #2, NEONNNNNNGENESIS is heard saying something along the lines of "mucho n*gros in graffiti", as an indication that there are enemy players at a specific area of the map. His use of words to describe enemy players is a clear sign of racism.
In clip #3, NEONNNNNNGENESIS is again heard saying the word "n*gros", or something similar, at around the 0:09 mark in the clip.
