Looking at the ACW-R for example, 73 kills all time with a KPM of 8.42(!), this means he has killed 73 people in 8 min 40 sec.
Most of the other guns are similarly inhuman, 5.48 kpm with F2000 (113 kills in 20mins), 4.9 kpm with the M240B (271kills in 55 mins!).
Due to the death of bf3stats I can't provide hs/k numbers and so on, but fair to say these numbers are not achievable regardless of skill level - mostly because they likely require teleporting to find enough enemies to kill.
