Offense committed One shot hacking and possibly wall hacks.
Additional comments The guy was pretty blatantly one shot hacking, he wasn't scoring headshots when he could have only hit people in the head. He basically prefired me on the US mountain when he had no reason to know where I was on two occasions. His 247 fairplay is pretty suspicious for a couple of reasons. He has a 6% HS/K rating with a 94.5% hit/K rating on the M40, which is the weapon he was using. It's even worse on the other sniper rifles he has used.
