Additional comments I've been watching this player for a while because I knew about the ping mod, now he's turned on the damage mod too.
So first off, he has an actual 0 ping (player #5 on my team):
but while the server is located near ~Chicago, USA (based on other players) he's playing from Iran as seen here: https://tbgclan.gameme.com/playerinfo/9444085
As for the damage mod, this is the first I've seen of it in a match:
His stats show that he's using damage mod as his Kill Per Hit is ~50% with M416 yet he only has the pro gamer accuracy of 4%
