Offense committed Jet-ramming at 2:07. You see the plane get ditched on the mini map and end up empty on top of the mobile arty and then of course I kill him. He tried it again right after (second video link which is contiguous to the first and squad made even commented he was doing it again)

With over 252 connections to the server this is the first time he's been reported - your video clearly shows in the first clip his aircraft landing on or beside you, but is unclear whether it was intentional - the second video shows him kill you with the A10, and not a jet ram.

We will use this report as supporting evidence should he be caught intentionally jet ramming in the future, but I don't see enough that would warrant taking action at this time

You see it go empty...he's intentionally bailing out hoping to get the K and then when he didn't, he tried with the torch. Look at the minimap...

He's diving at such a steep angle the second time, he has no ability to pull up which is a clear indications of ramming behavior. It's not necessary to ditch after a JDAM of course unless you're on a one-way mission (twice in this case).

Bailing out of two jets back to back right after getting them is ruining the game for people who actually were waiting for them.
