Additional comments I've witnessed him looking for me many times.
He found me even when I was hiding, and he was conscious of my suspicion and just walked by.

I didn't record a video, but I think he'll be suspected by someone someday.

Until we have some concrete evidence - video of some sort there isn't much we can go off on besides stats. However I'll leave this thread open so that we know about the player and if anyone else see's them and gets proof against them we can take action.
