while this guy is being a jerk and I agree deserves a ban, why put up with him for that long? You're squad leader - make the squad private and kick him from it ....

It's pretty sad that this guy is doing this. I know a lot of folks hate being on the receiving end of your LAV Kenji, but you don't deserve this.

as soon as your squadmates start telling the guy to shut up is when you got enough evidence of harassment, and that's when you private and kick him from the squad.
