Offense committed Bipod head glitching

Additional comments I recorded a short clip of the player bipod head glitching in the single-track train on C shooting into the uncap:

Temp ban in place, hoping they appeal so I can get the message across that this isn't allowed.
 
That's what bipod head glitching is? To me it looked more like a wall hack. What is the difference? Asking for my education and not arguing the ban. Thanks
 
You see it a lot more often on windows at A, especially on broken buildings.. But its when you can shoot out of an area and players cannot shoot you back. Its almost as if they are shooting directly through the wall.
