I have proof, but due to the nature of the source, I can't post on an open from, I will send to a head admin if needed.

You literally don't need to send anything in private. I can say it here without any issue at all. Afterall i got nothing to hide, nor i was evading any bans whatsoever. I was ToS banned from Apex legends on the account mentioned by Alteredacer. I had this account with apex on it aswell and decided to get bf4 because i wanted to play it again.

Keep in mind, i rarely play/played on TBG servers, even with the account that was banned for the racial slur more than a year ago (the ban was only issued later on 18th December last year). So no, i was not committing any kind of offense (ban evasion) as stated.

You may proceed with the actual ban of this one also if you choose to do so, no questions asked.

Using another account to play on our servers after one that you played on was banned is Ban Evasion, by definition. Dunno where you are getting "i was not committing any kind of offense (ban evasion) as stated." from.

Your "new" account has been banned from this server after I have dug into both accounts and linked them to one another. And if a Head Admin deems so, that ban may extend to all servers.

What i meant was, i did not get a new account to be able to play exclusively on your server because i had been banned. That's all i had to really say, as for the ban, you have the right to do so. Wasn't trying to avoid anything at all.. I play on any server i come across that doesn't have extreme limits.
