I would be inclined to agree with you but the opposite team has no flags based on your video, so that means the entire team would be inclined to base rape.

!surrender option could have been used.

If he chooses to do this again while the other team has flags, we can give him a few day timeout with a warning

Doesn't make sense to reduce our server by 4 less players because the other team lost all their flags. Then that entire team that is attacking the main base basically should have been removed, you can argue, that is not practical.
