You don't have to go after other jets. Just like how tanks don't have to go after other tanks.

Oh I didn't know about this, I was reading the rules and it says this under Griefing "Piloting a vehicle such as a tank, Jet, Helicopter or other offensive vehicles and not using it to effectively take it out of the game". I thought this was talking about Air Peace.

That specific rule is meant for players that are taking vehicles out of the game and just sitting in it practically AFK.
