end of match it was phil's team losing by 25 tix, so not a landslide, he just wanted to change the map

Don't have much to go on Altered - in his chat logs it's the only surrender I see from him, but given he's got 176 connects I'd assume he hasn't been on much - we'll reference this thread if he abuses that surrender feature again, will help to justify action in the future
