This one I am personally kinda iffy about. I will ban them with a note to appeal. Given that they appeal It may be possible ( after further discussion with the others ) They may have another chance if we don't talk "About or Around" that word. They weren't trying to use it in an offensive way. Just needs to be told not to speak of it all together.
