Offense committed Camping uncap whit ucav

Additional comments camping in red zone base with ucav (camping uncap) which makes counterattack or fire response difficult and I want to report the admin W4lter_Cronkite for kicking me with "trolling" justification when I reported Valefar for camping uncap and he does not proceed to sanction the rule violator. I previously mentioned the rules on the server with the command and it was ignored by the admin and by the violator

We do not have a rule for people firing from uncap.

On the server there is the command !rules that says no camping uncap

The !rules command does not display anything, it sends the admin message that {player} requested server rules. The scrolling admin message in the server says that attacking uncap is against the rules, not attacking from uncap. Players that are firing from uncap become fair game and are excluded from that rule.

Edit - The first part of my response regarding the !rules message was wrong, but the meaning of the rule remains the same.
