the forum server was offline most of tonight, so, didn't have a chance to do more than post the report while playing in-game. But, thanks for continuing to troll anywhere I go, whenever you get the chance. Such a gentleman to be so helpful. Pretty easy for admins here to search on "wapppe" and it's up to them to decide what's recent enough to matter.
 
Your first encounter with him... you were actually already shooting at a boat. I would not consider that attacking the uncap.

The second encounter with him.. you entered the combat zone and then retreated back into the uncap.

With this video, I do not see enough for a ban.
 
First encounter wasn't the one I'm reporting (though he was on me as soon as I exited), it was the second. I did not advance past the uncap which is halfway between sniper island and the carrier. I turned up and circled high over the carrier.

Wapppe was baseraping all around, every round last night, per normal MO
