Am i missing something? Video only shows one and not a very good angle / proof. Yes i know i can see him afterwards. But there is a chance he lost control due to damage.

You missed the jet ram? You can see an earlier ram attempt and for the last one...he was coming DEEP out from behind his base behind the flag at E so he's at the furthest point from everybody else on the map (out of range) and had circled back over there to attack us. He had control enough to be hitting us for effect after we landed and kept right on through to a ram on us in a ditch (not easy). This was the third or fourth ram and the only one where it was clear it was him.
