The HS is actually 22% if you divide the kills with Hs number it’s 22% which is definitely plausible.

A video would be recommended because I don’t see anything in his stats

Lmao! Totally looked at in game and saw the HS% at 61....That's on me. That is totally 22% isn't spectacular at all.
