I think being on 3rd floor is allowed. you'd have to check the rules, im not sure though.

Its allowed. I am not opposed about being on 3rd floor. Its bipod glitching behind walls where you can't hit them while they can hit you that I am bringing to this report.

Siny has been playing this server longer than your parents have been together. He knows the rules of the server so he wouldn't make a report someone just being on third floor.
