I was in game, and I am not sure if this was a game glitch or something caused by an add on by said player......I just found this in my live feed from your 24/7 op locker server....

A Known visual glitch. Player will appear to be scooting on his knees across the map.

Yep it's just a visual bug. It cannot be activated on purpose by the player that is affected by it. In fact on their screen, everything looks normal
